Obama has no plan to improve our health care system

Barak Obama's "plan" to regain control over our health care system is silly. It seems to be just words without substance.

For example, here is a tidbit directly from Obama's website:

"Insurance reform. Obama will strengthen antitrust laws to prevent insurers from overcharging physicians for their malpractice insurance and will promote new models for addressing errors that improve patient safety, strengthen the doctor-patient relationship and reduce the need for malpractice suits."

What the heck does that slick talk mean? "Reduce the need for malpractice suits." How? Discipline bad doctors? Increase doctor education? From whose perspective is the "need" identified and evaluated?
